Our goal was to not hide the great fruit characteristics the Lewis Family Vineyard provided, so immediately after harvest we pressed the fruit and chilled the juice down for a cold slow fermentation. Once fermentation completed in late November this dry fruity wine was allowed to age for 10 months in a stainless tank. Acclaim: Review An expansive nose of green apples, ripe Bosc pears, a core of minerality along with vibrant accents of white peach.
